Cooking Demonstration with Charlie's E'toile Verte's Chef Josh Castillo

Chef Josh Castillo is from the delicious French restaurant Charlie’s L’Etoile Verte in Hilton Head will treat us to a demonstration and magnificent hors d’oeuvres for a fun, delicious evening!

Chef Castillo will be demonstrating (1) Charlie's wonderful Pate; (2) Carrot and Parsnip Bisque Soup; and (3) Chocolate Mousse! Enjoy other light hors d'oeuvres, wine, a beautiful beachfront setting, French music, and good friends as you learn and taste!

• WAHHI Members and Guests Welcome! 
• Tickets are $45 (includes chef demonstration, wine or soft drinks, hors d'oeuvres).
• Register and pay online with your credit card for a small convenience fee.
• If paying by check, email your reservation to Tamra Avrit at tja123621@gmail.com. Please mail your check payable to “WAHHI” to Tamra Avrit, 2 Quincy Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. If you reserve by email and pay by check, your check payment must be received by Monday, February 24th to be confirmed.
• You will receive an email confirmation of your paid registration. 
• Tickets are transferrable, but no refunds.  If you transfer your ticket, please contact Tamra Avrit via email at tja123621@gmail.com to provide the name of new ticket holder.

Known as a “food genius” and an “extremely passionate chef who loves what he does” from customer reviews, Chef Castillo hails from Puerto Rico but has been in the Lowcountry on Charlie’s team for the past year creating and serving amazing French cuisine.
