Chef Josh Castillo is from the delicious French restaurant Charlie’s L’Etoile Verte in Hilton Head will treat us to a demonstration and magnificent hors d’oeuvres for a fun, delicious evening!
Chef Castillo will be demonstrating (1) Charlie's wonderful Pate; (2) Carrot and Parsnip Bisque Soup; and (3) Chocolate Mousse! Enjoy other light hors d'oeuvres, wine, a beautiful beachfront setting, French music, and good friends as you learn and taste!
