This event is delivered TWO WAYS so that you can enjoy:

  • ON-LINE via Zoom! You may participate with or without a pre-ordered "To Go" Box (for 2). The To Go Box contains the tasting menu as listed below which you can pick up and enjoy in your home OR simply enjoy the food presentation without an order; OR
  • IN PERSON at Wise Guys for up to 16 members and up to 4 guests socially distanced with the seating outside on their patio.

For the one hour program we will:

  • Meet and greet Chef Chaun;
  • Learn about the food, preparation, and cooking highlights including wine pairings; and
  • Learn about the upcoming Wise Guys Online Chef Cooking Series.

Our Tasting Menus is:

  • Reception: Santa Margherita Prosecco, Vento, Italy
  • 1st Plate:
    • Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna and Watermelon Poke
    • Togarashi Spiced with Tamari Pepitas
    • Wine Pairing: King Estate Pinot Gris, Oregon
  • 2nd Plate:
    • Chilled Beef Carpaccio Wrapped Roasted Sweet Pepper
    • Whipped Split Creek Farms Herbed Goat Cheese, Pepper Jam, Sprout Mama Bakery Focaccia Crisp
    • Wine Pairing: Adelsheim Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

If you are participating ONLINE via Zoom and ordering a To Go Box, your Small Plates To Go Box for Two (2) will include: 1/2 Bottle Santa Margherita Prosecco, Vento, Italy; 1/2 Bottle King Estate Pinot Gris, Oregon; 1/2 Bottle Adelsheim Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley; and Appetizers for 2 - Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna and Watermelon Poke, Togarashi Spiced with Tamari Pepitas, Chilled Beef Carpaccio Wrapped Roasted Sweet Pepper and Whipped Split Creek Farms Herbed Goat Cheese, Pepper Jam, Sprout Mama Bakery Focaccia Crisp.

Cost:  $30 IN-PERSON / $60 To Go Box (for 2 people)

  • Your To Go Box must be reserved and paid at pick-up via credit card by calling Wise Guys at 843-842-8866 no later than August 20th. If you are enjoying this ON-LINE happy hour event with your "quarrenteam" (e.g. spouse, significant other, friend group, neighbor, etc.) please order the number of Takeaway Boxes needed for your group size. You will choose your pick up time over the phone when you call; and your credit card will be charged the morning of pickup.
  • The IN-PERSON registration will be paid on site with separate checks (which DOES NOT include gratuity or tax) by cash or credit card payment. IN-PERSON event attendance is capped at 20 people maximum (total of members and guests) due to social distancing. You will need to wear your mask at this venue and event.
  • You will receive the ON-LINE Zoom meeting link with your registration confirmation. If you do not receive the meeting link, please contact Claudia Aller.
  • IN-PERSON cancellations will be accepted until noon on August 24. Waitlist is enabled.
