You are invited for a FUN Happy Hour Cooking Demonstration with Chef Lynn Michelle at the Billy Woods Appliance's state-of-the-art Bluffton Showroom. The setting will be perfect to enjoy learning new skills, techniques and insights from one of the most popular Lowcountry Chefs! Come enjoy the delicious fun!WAHHI Members and Guests Welcome! There is limited seating for this event. 

  • Tickets are $35 (includes chef demonstration, a glass of wine or soft drink, tasting and hors d'oeuvres).
  • Reserve and pay online with your credit card which includes a $2 convenience fee.
  • If paying by check, please email your reservation to Tamra Avrit at tja123621@gmail.com. Please mail your $35 check payable to “WAHHI” to Tamra Avrit, 2 Quincy Lane, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. If you reserve by email and pay by check, your check payment must be received within 3 days of your reservation to be confirmed.
  • No actual tickets will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of your paid reservation.  
  • Tickets are transferrable, but no refunds.  If you transfer your ticket, please contact Tamra Avrit via email at tja123621@gmail.com to provide the name of new ticket holder.
Our January Tasting Menu 

Enjoy a charcuterie board, the Chef’s famous pimento cheese with pickled okra and a few other items while you sip a glass of wine. The dishes to be demonstrated are:

1. How do build a fabulous charcuterie board;

2. Fudgy Brownies; and 

3. Shrimp Scampi on Crostini.

You are welcome to come at 5pm if you would like to browse Billy Wood Appliances show kitchen!  


About Chef Lynn Michelle

Chef Lynn Michelle is an accomplished, innovative personal chef, caterer and culinary instructor who creates memorable dining experiences. Chef Michelle trained at the culinary school at Johnson & Wales University and has lived in ten states and Europe. Her background includes working as a private chef in Belgium, as Executive Chef to two B & Bs in Beaufort County and cooking in many Lowcountry restaurants. Chef Michelle's global experiences helped nurture her love of cooking and gave her a wide range of culinary skills. Chef Lynn Michelle is the 2019 winner of the Readers Choice Award, Hilton Head Monthly, for Best Caterer in Bluffton!
